Kendell’s Bistro is an independent owner-run French Bistro located in the cultural quarter of Leeds and is a multiple award winning informal place to dine offering high quality food, wine and service in an authentic French Bistro setting.

Kendells needed to increase covers, turnover and profitability and to implement processes and procedures to allow the business owner to manage the restaurant and staff more efficiently.

What We Did

• Developed a unique recruitment and selection process
• Created Positional Contracts for every role in the business
• Introduced a review structure for all staff
• Wrote ‘Rules of the Game’ covering basic daily behaviour
