Kendell’s Bistro is an independent owner-run French Bistro located in the cultural quarter of Leeds and is a multiple award winning informal place to dine offering high quality food, wine and service in an authentic French Bistro setting.

Kendells needed to increase covers, turnover and profitability and to implement processes and procedures to allow the business owner to manage the restaurant and staff more efficiently.

What We Did

• Carried out a complete overhaul of the existing systems
• Introduced new systems specific to each area of the business
• Trained staff on adopting and using new systems
• Created an ongoing review structure for all systems
